Terms of Service
Effective July 7, 2026
The short version
These are the everyday terms of working with us: what we deliver, how scheduling and access work, when your media arrives, what you can do with it, and how cancellations and hosting are handled. This is a plain-language summary. The full Terms of Service is linked in the sidebar, and it is the complete and controlling document.
What we do
We provide professional real estate media: still photography, aerial and drone, video, 3D tours, floor plans, virtual staging, and editing. Every photography session includes standard MLS-ready edits such as HDR exposure blending, color balancing, sky and grass enhancement where appropriate, and removal of curbside trash cans and minor exterior clutter. More involved work, like twilight conversion or object removal, is available for an added fee.
Scheduling and access
Your appointment time is reserved once confirmed. Please make sure the property is ready and accessible at the scheduled time (lockbox or SUPRA, gate codes, occupant coordination). Working power and interior lighting are required for indoor shoots. We wait up to 15 minutes for access; if we still cannot get in, the visit may be treated as a same-day cancellation. We do not clean, stage, or move belongings unless agreed in writing.
Turnaround times
Turnaround begins on the day of the shoot:
- Next business day: all photography, drone, Matterport/3D, and Express Staging.
- Two business days: floor plans and object removal.
- Three business days: video, custom staging, and custom editing.
Cancellations and reschedules
- Before the day of your appointment: cancel or reschedule free.
- On the day of your appointment: $100 to cancel, $50 to reschedule.
No-shows and access failures may be treated as a same-day cancellation. If weather threatens an outdoor or aerial shoot, we will reach out the morning of and reschedule without a fee where we can. If a property sits in restricted airspace, we will cancel the aerial portion and refund it or substitute comparable value.
Your license and our copyright
We own the copyright to the media we create. Every order includes our Standard Media License: a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media to market the specific property it was shot for, across the usual channels (MLS and syndication, your brokerage and team, listing presentations, flyers, social, and property websites). After the listing ends, you can keep using it to promote your own services, such as in a portfolio of past work. It cannot be sold, sublicensed, or handed to builders, stagers, or other vendors for their own promotion without an upgraded license; commercial, exclusive, and full-ownership options are described on our licensing page. Every file carries embedded copyright information that must not be removed. We may also feature your media in our own portfolio and marketing, and we never publish access codes or sensitive property details.
Payment and hosting
You agree to pay for the services and add-ons you select, plus any travel fees and applicable taxes; overdue invoices may pause delivery or hosting until resolved. We host delivered media indefinitely as a convenience, though a link may pause after 90 days of inactivity (we will reactivate it free on request). Matterport and 3D tours are hosted for one year, then $50 per year if you choose to extend.
The legal essentials
Services and the site are provided on an "as is" basis, our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it, and these Terms are governed by Texas law. Property size should be entered accurately at booking; if it is materially off, we may verify it against county records and adjust pricing.
